1. Agreement
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or using NQ Suo materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, products, private channels, or materials.
2. Educational purpose
NQ Suo provides educational trading research and tools. Nothing provided through the website, Suo Model, Suo Indicator, Discord community, mentorship, or related materials is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. NQ Suo does not act as your broker, adviser, or fiduciary.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options, equities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital. Past performance, backtests, simulations, examples, and hypothetical results do not guarantee future outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, orders, sizing, risk controls, and results.
4. Products and access
Suo Model / Student Access is the main one-time purchase and includes the complete framework, formulas, education, mentorship, materials, and private Student channels. The Suo Indicator is a separate optional monthly plotting add-on available only to verified Student Access purchasers; it does not include or replace the Model formula or education. Product access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, published, or distributed.
5. Accounts and Discord access
Private community access may require you to connect a Discord account after a verified purchase. You are responsible for the security and accuracy of the accounts and email address you use. Buyer roles may be removed when a qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or when an Indicator subscription ends.
6. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Prices and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Indicator subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel future Indicator renewals through the payment-management options made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse prior charges. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
The website, formulas, documentation, diagrams, recordings, Indicator, branding, and other NQ Suo materials are protected intellectual property. You may use purchased materials for your own education and trading process. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, sublicense, sell, teach, publish, or distribute them without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or community, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person, share private access, scrape protected materials, or use NQ Suo property in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
9. Availability and changes
NQ Suo may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, community, Indicator, or materials. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain access, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
Products and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. NQ Suo disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, market-data errors, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Third-party services
Payments, Discord access, market data, charting, and other functions may rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. NQ Suo is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when products, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
