1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your email address and messages sent to us. When you purchase, we receive transaction references, product and subscription status, payment status, and limited billing information from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
2. Discord information
If you connect Discord for buyer access, we receive identifiers needed to link your Discord account to a verified purchase and assign the appropriate server role. This may include your Discord user ID, username, server membership, and assigned role. We do not use an email match to infer your Discord identity.
3. Website and technical data
When you use the website, standard technical information may be processed, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, and error or security events. This information supports website delivery, reliability, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
4. How we use information
We use information to process and verify purchases, separately maintain Suo Model / Student Access and Indicator add-on entitlements, connect and remove the matching Discord roles, provide product support, respond to requests, secure and operate the website, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
5. How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support payments, website hosting, database operations, email, analytics, and Discord access. They process information for those services under their own applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. NQ Suo stores the references and status needed to confirm access, reconcile purchases, manage subscriptions, and respond to disputes or refunds.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, maintain transaction and entitlement records, meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the establishment and defense of claims. You may disconnect or leave Discord, but doing so may prevent private channel access.
10. Cookies and local storage
The website and its service providers may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for security, checkout, preferences, and reliable operation. Additional analytics technologies, if used, may collect aggregate usage information. Browser settings can control cookies, though blocking essential storage may affect site functions.
11. Children
NQ Suo products are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
12. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border processing.
